Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by YogiLogic Transformations (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, consultations, coaching programs, and psychological services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Nature of Services

YogiLogic Transformations provides professional coaching, psychological counselling, and consulting services.

Coaching vs. Therapy: Our coaching services are distinct from psychological therapy. Coaching focuses on goal setting, performance, and future-oriented action. Psychological counselling/therapy focuses on diagnosis, treatment of mental health disorders, and deep emotional processing. The nature of the service provided will be clearly defined in your service agreement.
No Medical Advice: The information provided on this website or during sessions is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the intake and throughout the service period.
Attend scheduled sessions punctually and provide adequate notice (typically 24-48 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling.
Understand that the success of coaching or therapy is a collaborative effort and requires your active participation and commitment.

Confidentiality

We adhere to strict professional standards of confidentiality as outlined in our Privacy Policy and professional ethical guidelines.

Limits of Confidentiality: You acknowledge and agree to the limits of confidentiality, including mandated reporting requirements for imminent harm to self or others, or as required by law.

Payment and Fees

Fees:
All fees for YogiLogic Transformations services are transparently communicated prior to the commencement of any program or session. Fees are subject to periodic revision, and any changes will be informed in advance.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards as standard payment methods.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that schedules can change. However, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made after the session start time or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on the YogiLogic Transformations website, including text, graphics, logos, service names, and all materials provided during coaching or therapy (e.g., worksheets, frameworks, presentations), are the intellectual property of YogiLogic Transformations and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services.
Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or materials without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YogiLogic Transformations, its founder, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By engaging with YogiLogic Transformations services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of any material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the new Terms taking effect. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
